The Legal Stuff (Simple Version)
- Personal Use: When you buy a Personal or Premium song, it's yours to enjoy, share with friends, post on your personal social media, and treasure forever.
- Commercial Use: You cannot use Personal or Premium songs to sell a product, promote a business, run ads, or make money without our permission.
- Want to use it for business? Awesome! That's what our Commercial tier is for. We'll set you up with the right licensing so everyone wins. Just ask us for a quote.
- Creative Control: We put our heart into every song, but we are the artists. We don't offer endless revisions. If we made a factual mistake based on your form, we'll fix it. Otherwise, trust the magic!
